Nia 5 Stages is an integrative movement practice based on the five developmental movement stages humans experience from the embryo to walking. Practiced with awareness, these stages have the power to facilitate optimal alignment, improved function and comfort in the body. As a practice, Nia 5 Stages supports your body holistically to sustain mobility, flexibility, strength, agility and stability.
Nia 5 Stages Teacher Training provides you with tools to embody the practice and to facilitate a 60-minute Nia Stages class. Whether you are a Nia teacher, movement practitioner, somatic educator or health professional, Nia 5 Stages Teacher Training will give you a new skill set to add to your realm of expertise.
Nia 5 Stages Teacher Training is 2 full days of experiential education providing the information and tools to embody and deliver this program.
